Admittedly, the title of my blog is to catch your attention, but, also, to showcase how important it is to put your product in its best light, literally! From food to furniture and everything in between your product photo shoot is incredibly valuable to your business. If your considering investing in product shots, here are some things to help you solidify your decision.
Beautifully showcasing your product enables you to set the stage for what you want your customer to SEE, FEEL and KNOW about your business and what your selling.
What do you want them to SEE?

Your product is amazing, and you know it! Show them all the sides of what your product entails; the different angles, color, shape, texture. If it’s food or beverage, let that camera zoom in on how juicy it is to make them salivate at the thought of tasting it. We can even help them imagine what it smells like!
What do you want them to FEEL?

You love your product. You want them to love it too. So, before they buy it, help them get a feel for it. Your photos can come with a vibe. Should it help them feel sexy, confident, hungry, helped, or safe? For instance, when we add the kiddos, you tell your customers to feel safe choosing this product for your children. Communicating with your photographer to about what you want your customer to feel when they see your product images can truly set your product apart.
What do you want them to KNOW?

They want to know what they are getting. Show them! Let the images tell the story for how your products works or what ingredients are in it. Here, you can see that your product will be hand-crafted. Each product can tell its own story through visuals, and the customer gets the opportunity to feel confident that they know what they will be getting.
