Steph & Barb had the best of both worlds on their wedding day; the day started out with gorgeous fall weather, and then during the ceremony the sky opened up and boy did it rain. But hey, that’s good luck!
They chose the distinguished and dramatic Union Horse Distillery for their ceremony and reception. I love the smell of whiskey in the morning. . or afternoon or evening. 😉 I love working here, the staff is always so friendly and helpful, and their stills are gorgeous to look at.
The brides both chose to wear beautiful white gowns, that not only complimented themselves, but looked stunning together. For their something “old” and “blue” they used a pair of cocktail jewelry earrings that were Barb’s grandma’s. This was such a lovely and personal touch and they both were able to wear one in their hair.
Shortly after their first look. their furbabies arrived to the venue and were one of the first to celebrate with the couple. I love when clients incorporate their pets; wether it’s an engagement session or the actual wedding day, it’s just another special personal touch to their wedding photos. And oh man, were their pup’s precious. They all have their own. . . well, way of smiling — you’ll see what I mean. 😉
Steph and Barb thank you so much for asking us to document you day. We have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know you both and wish you both a lifetime of happiness, and Kodak Moments. xomo
